As a Senior Mobile Engineer, you’ll take ownership of developing and enhancing features across mobile and tablet devices, with a strong focus on performance, usability, and reliability. You’ll work with technologies like Flutter and Riverpod, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact user experiences. If you’re passionate about crafting seamless mobile products and solving technical challenges at scale, this role is for you.Accountabilities:

• Design, build, and maintain core mobile features across both Android and iOS platforms using Flutter.
• Drive end-to-end development, from initial concept through production, ensuring top-tier performance and usability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features that meet business and user needs.
• Continuously improve existing systems and propose architectural enhancements to boost performance and scalability.
• Take part in building internal tools and workflows that enhance team productivity and engineering excellence.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and feedback-driven team environment aligned with company values.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in mobile development using Flutter.
• 2+ years of experience designing or architecting scalable mobile systems.
• Strong mobile development background with 4+ years working on Android and/or iOS applications.
• Experience collaborating across multiple teams and disciplines to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate technical ideas.
• Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in remote, distributed work environments.
• Alignment with company values such as empathy, collaboration, and commitment to excellence.
• Ability to work overlapping hours with EST or PST time zones (minimum 4 hours).
