You’ll lead in-country IT support, manage modern workplace technologies, and collaborate across departments to enhance user experience, mobility, and security.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the development of a modern, secure, and user-friendly workplace environment.Administer and support Microsoft Cloud solutions and endpoint management tools.Lead the implementation of Modern Workspace Portfolio services.Collaborate with global teams to expand and improve IT services.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across devices and platforms.Maintain compliance with ITIL and SOX standards.Create and maintain documentation and training materials.What You BringBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experienceSolid experience in IT, ideally in a global manufacturing environmentCertifications: ITIL, Microsoft 365, Intune, D365 (preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and ITSM toolsExperience with PC, laptop, mobile device, and printer managementStrong troubleshooting, documentation, and remote support skillsFluent in English and FinnishSelf-driven, collaborative, and user-focused mindset
