Senior Architect – Stepping into a CTO Role
Location: Copenhagen | Tech: .NET, C#, Azure | Focus: SustainabilityOn behalf of our client, a purpose-driven tech company based in Copenhagen, we’re looking for a Senior Software Architect who’s ready to take on broad responsbiltiies.This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team working at the intersection of technology and sustainability – building smart, scalable solutions with a real impact on the planet.The RoleYou’ll be the technical lead from day one, working closely with the founders and taking ownership of the architecture, infrastructure, and team direction. As the company continues to scale, you’ll naturally step into the CTO role – shaping both the tech and the culture that will drive the next phase of growth.This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who still enjoys writing code but is also excited to set the course and mentor others.You’ll Be Responsible For:*Leading architecture decisions and tech strategy across the business
*Guiding and mentoring a small, talented development team
*Scaling the platform (built in .NET / C# / Azure) with a focus on performance, sustainability, and modern cloud practices
*Working closely with leadership to align tech with business goals
*Helping to grow the team and build a strong engineering cultureAbout You:*You’re an experienced software architect or senior engineer with a strong .NET / Azure background
*You’ve either led teams before or are ready to take on that responsibility
*You care about building things the right way – clean, scalable, secure
*You’re genuinely interested in green technology and sustainability
