We currently have around 70 employees in our offices in Linköping, Stockholm, and Darlington.What’s the role?The Senior Operations Lead – Technical will be responsible for leading the engineering and survey sensors design. Work tasks include:

• Input into the technical road map and design of the survey sensor setup for the R&D team in Linköping, acting as the key link between Manta Operations and Manta R&D team
• Continuously look for improvements and developments in relation to survey design, efficiency and quality
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, aligning with departmental and organizational goals, ensuring optimal resource utilization
• Provide support to ensure a successful outcome of technical requirements of project operations

RequirementsWho are we looking for?

• Extensive experience of offshore survey and preferably a background as offshore survey tech with strong technical knowledge
• Extensive experience of fault finding and survey design, including cabling, survey sensor setups, and ROV/AUV sensor interface
• Experience in delivering engineering and survey sensor support in the offshore arena or another transferable industry
