Job DescriptionType of Employment: PermanentLocation: Copenhagen, Denmark or Oslo NorwayVisa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)THE ROLEThe Senior Performance Analyst is responsible for driving data-driven insights to support Circle K’s Global Loyalty initiatives. This involves detailed customer value analysis, profitability assessments, and the development of advanced models for Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), KPI monitoring, and performance benchmarking. By leveraging financial metrics and customer segmentation, the role ensures that strategies align with Circle K’s priorities and drive impactful business decisions. Collaboration with Digital, Analytics (D&A), and Finance teams is critical to maintaining alignment across the organisation, with the position acting as a key liaison to streamline processes and deliver actionable insights.The role also focuses on creating and maintaining a global insights dashboard, aligning metrics and financial evaluations to support decision-making. By developing forecasting models for revenue impacts, break-even analysis, ROI calculations, and risk scenarios, the manager ensures program profitability and cost management. Additionally, the role involves process improvements, sharing best practices, and enhancing dashboard accessibility while maintaining consistency in reporting terminology.
