Your role will involve working closely with stakeholders, end-users, and cross-functional teams to bridge business needs with technology solutions.Key responsibilities include:User Engagement & Adoption:Track user adoption and analyze usage behaviorGather and address user feedback to enhance satisfactionFacilitate training sessions and learning initiativesRequirement Management & Solution Design:Conduct business needs analysis and impact assessmentsDefine and prioritize requirements with stakeholdersTranslate business needs into clear product featuresCollaborate with engineers and architects to drive technical solutionsExecution & Delivery:Work with scrum teams to ensure on-time product deliveryLead the testing process (test case creation, execution, defect resolution)Support users during go-live events with training and issue resolutionProcess Improvement & Change Management:Act as a change agent, driving adoption of best practicesPromote process efficiency through automation and standardizationContinuously reflect and improve on past implementationsWho We Are Looking ForWe are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven professional with strong financial, analytical, and product management expertise.Qualifications & Experience:Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent work experience)10+ years experience in data reporting & analytics5+ years experience in product management or large-scale system implementation projectsHands-on experience with SAP BW, S/4HANA, or BW4HANAProficiency in at least one reporting & visualization tool (e.g., SAC, Power BI)Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle managementPreferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills:Experience in data/BI software engineering or MS PowerAppsProcess excellence background (Lean, Six Sigma)Shipping, logistics, or transportation industry experienceCore Competencies:Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written & verbal communication (English)Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to changeSelf-starter with strong organizational skillsPassion for driving digital transformation and continuous improvementWhy Join Maersk?At Maersk, you will be part of an industry-leading transformation, contributing to a digitally enabled future for Finance & Accounting.
