We’re on an ambitious path to become the leaders in medical dermatology worldwide.In Global Medical Affairs Chronic Hand Eczema we share a “challenge accepted” mindset and are guided by our winning behaviours of simplification, collaboration, and accountability, to achieve our goals.Your RoleAs a Senior Principal Professional, you will join a group of international colleagues who are currently focusing on preparing the organization for the next major launch in the company. Your main objective will be to understand dermatologic skin diseases and the treatment landscape to provide clinical expertise for the optimal medical positioning of a key asset. You will play a central role in peer-to-peer in- and external dialogue to capture relevant perspectives and integrate them into our strategic launch plans.Your responsibilities will include:

• Development of medical content and support of scientific exchange for in- and external dialogues
• Clinical communication and publications to support product positioning and disease awareness initiatives
• Engaging in activities to uncover the insight-driven perspectives of our data, contribute to strategic value stories, and support the integrated evidence generation planning
• Leading internal and external clinical education initiatives to advance the SoC within a therapeutic area that currently has a very high unmet need
• Providing strong insight-driven clinical support for HEOR projects
• Conducting clinical review of pivotal documents to ensure quality and alignment with global strategy

Your QualificationsTo excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience within the pharmaceutical industry and/or clinical research
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs, with global positions preferred
• Medical Doctor (MD), PharmD or PhD in natural sciences or life sciences , preferably with experience in dermatology
• Good clinical understanding
• Proven track record of working with Real World Evidence generation
• Strong leadership skills in a cross-functional global team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in building and managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
• Hands on experience of both product launches and marketed products
• Good understanding of the drug development process
