Do you enjoy rolling up your sleeves, keeping things organized, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes? If you’re a natural coordinator with a technical mindset and a knack for logistics, we’ve got a spot for you!Join us as a Senior Product Coordinator – and take charge of our demos and product setups!In this role, you’ll be the engine behind our product and demo support for events, trade fairs, product launches, and more. You’ll make sure the right products are in the right place at the right time-and in top shape.Moreover, you will be:

• Managing the rental budget for demo products.
• Keeping track of all products and demos in our exhibition department-and making sure they’re used where they’ll have the biggest impact.
• Preparing product proposals and helping decide which demos to send where.
• Creating offers for demo setups at events, showrooms, and internal showcases.
• Doing hands-on checks of products and demos before they’re shipped out.
• Coordinating logistics to make sure everything arrives on time and in perfect condition.

Your backgroundWe’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving problems, and brings a structured approach to their work. If you’re proactive, curious, and a strong communicator, you’ll fit right in.Moreover, we imagine that:

• You’ve worked in a similar role or have strong coordination and admin skills
• You’re comfortable using SAP (or willing to learn)
• You’ve got a technical curiosity-you like understanding how things work
• You’re structured, detail-oriented, and not afraid to get hands-on
• You’re a strong communicator in English, both written and spoken
• You can make quick decisions and adapt when plans change
• You’re a team player who enjoys working with others to get things done
