- Take full ownership of the product development process from initial concept to final delivery
- Ensure all products meet By Malene Birger’s high standards in quality, sustainability, and craftsmanship
- Collaborate closely with the Design team to translate creative vision into flawless, cost-conscious products
- Drive innovative and sustainable sourcing strategies aligned with our brand values
- Manage protos and samples to be delivered on time and in perfect condition
- Ensure all master data is accurate and complete-product perfection goes beyond the physical item
- Maintain strong cost focus while meeting margin targets
- Support and understand the design process, contributing ideas and solutions along the way
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product development within fashion
- Strong attention to detail and structured in your approach
- Proven experience with sustainable sourcing and production
- Hands-on, proactive, and collaborative-someone who takes ownership and gets things done
- Deep understanding of product life cycle, timelines, and margin optimization
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving business and able to adapt to shifting priorities
- Strong skills in data accuracy and PLM systems
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
