Performativ is revolutionizing the wealth management industry, and we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive our product strategy and innovation as we scale rapidly.If you thrive in dynamic, high-growth environments and have a deep understanding of institutional finance and wealth management, we’d love to meet you!As a Senior Product Manager at Performativ, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining and executing our product vision, delivering solutions that address complex challenges for leading financial institutions across Europe and beyond.You will report to the CEO and be the important bridge between the commercial and engineering organisation.What You’ll Do

• Lead Product Strategy: Define, own, and communicate the product roadmap focused on institutional finance and wealth management sectors.
• Market Understanding: Continuously analyze market trends, regulatory developments, and customer feedback to ensure Performativ’s products remain at the forefront of industry innovation.
• Drive Product Development: Collaborate closely with our three product specialists and engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to translate market requirements into successful product launches.
• Customer-Centric Solutions: Deeply understand client needs, especially within asset management, wealth management, family offices, and institutional investors, ensuring our solutions deliver exceptional value.
• Growth & Scale: Leverage your experience from ultra-high-growth environments to drive agile and effective product decisions, directly impacting Performativ’s ambitious growth targets.
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage relationships and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external clients, from C-level executives to operational teams.

What We’re Looking ForProfessional Experience & Skills:

• Proven Product Management Expertise: 5+ years of product management experience, with a successful track record preferably in fintech or wealth management software, ideally serving institutional finance clients.
• Experience in Ultra-High-Growth Environments: Demonstrated success in rapidly scaling companies, agile product development, and navigating complex product challenges in dynamic settings.
• Analytical & Strategic: Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, assess product performance, and drive strategic decisions.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-starter who thrives in autonomous, fast-paced environments, comfortable with ambiguity and capable of driving clarity.
• Communication & Influence: Excellent ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholders.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish) is advantageous
• Institutional Finance & Wealth Management Knowledge: Deep understanding of asset management, portfolio management, wealth advisory, family offices, or institutional investor needs.
