You’ll play a key role in transforming early-stage ideas into validated solutions-working at the intersection of technology, business viability, and deep user understanding.This is explorative product work in the fuzzy front end-where your ability to uncover real customer needs, collaborate closely with technology and design partners, and deliver measurable outcomes will help shape what’s next.What You’ll DoDrive Experiments & MVPs

• Define and refine the product vision for early-stage concepts-from opportunity framing through to validation.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for PoCs and MVPs: define hypotheses, run structured experiments, and iterate based on real customer feedback.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities that align with company strategy and deliver meaningful user and business value.

Balance Vision with Focused Execution

• Break down ambiguity into clear product strategies, outcomes, and learning goals.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and business teams to build iterative prototypes that test the riskiest assumptions first.
• Practice continuous discovery and delivery-moving fast while always learning.

Lead with Customer and Market Insight

• Engage directly with users to uncover real problems, unmet needs, and contextual insights that shape product direction.
• Stay current on market trends, the competitive landscape, and adjacent technology shifts to identify whitespace and differentiation opportunities.
• Define and measure success through outcome-oriented product metrics.

Collaborate to Create Clarity

• Work cross-functionally to foster alignment, communicate trade-offs, and keep teams focused on what matters most.
• Help translate broad innovation goals into actionable product roadmaps that drive learning and impact.
• Contribute to a culture of shared ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• Experience building and validating PoCs, MVPs, or early-stage products in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• A strong sense of product ownership, combining vision with the discipline to test, learn, and adapt quickly.
• Strong user empathy and a passion for discovering real customer needs through direct engagement and feedback loops.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action, you make progress even when the path isn’t fully clear.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills you bring people with you and keep them aligned.
• A data-informed mindset, with experience defining success metrics and using insights to guide product evolution.
• A natural collaborator who sees product management as a team sport.
