As a quickly growing company focused on helping people live healthier and happier lives, we ensure that our team members have what they need to do their best work – both in and out of the office.We are seeking a Senior Product Manager – Health Intelligence to lead the development and execution of advanced health insights within the Oura app. In this role, you will own and drive innovative features like the Oura Advisor, our in-app assistant that provides members with personalized and compassionate guidance about their health and wellbeing.In your role you will work closely with your partners in Data Science, Behavior Science, Engineering and Design to build out a portfolio of both consumer-facing Health Intelligence features as well as world-class backend capabilities that power those experiences with cutting-edge technologies such as Large Language Models at production scale.Additionally, you will closely partner with Product Managers across health sensing domains-including Women’s Health, Heart Health, Stress, Sleep, and more-to understand our long-term vision in these areas and to provide tools and support in building user experiences that address our member needs through intelligent and personalized guidance.Depending on your preferences, this role offers the potential for growth into a leadership role where you could manage multiple product managers and expand the Health Intelligence team in the future. We have offices in Oulu and Helsinki for those who prefer hybrid or office settings, with the ability to travel to our US offices in San Francisco and San Diego. The role will require some annual domestic and international travel.What You will do:

• Lead the day to day execution of our Health Intelligence roadmap, focusing on delivering features like the Oura Advisor that utilizes AI and LLM technologies.
• Own and manage the development of AI-powered features, ensuring they align with our mission and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Collaborate with world-class experts in Data Science, Behavioral Science, Engineering and Design to develop and enhance our health insights capabilities.
• Maintain stakeholder visibility across international time zones, particularly with teams in the US, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
• Represent the Health Intelligence team in cross-functional and international environments both online and offline, articulating progress, challenges, and successes.
• Document processes and features effectively to maintain transparency and alignment across teams.

We would love to have you on our team if you have:

• 7+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, scaling environment, with a strong focus on consumer-facing applications.
• Proven experience in executing complex projects, particularly those involving AI or machine learning technologies.
• Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to lead and define product strategy and roadmap from concept through productization and launch
• Exceptional project management skills, including proficiency with JIRA and other project management tools.
• Strong upwards leadership and stakeholder management skills, including a passion for thorough documentation and effective presentations.
• Ability to work effectively across time zones, with flexibility for meetings outside regular office hours.
