Job Description:Join a truly global team that manages programs across regionsWe are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our Technology Partner Program team and oversee the implementation, adoption, and future enhancements of Milestone’s Technology Partner Program. As part of this role, regional and global travel may be required approximately 5% of the time to support program initiatives and foster strong relationships with partners.Your areas of responsibilityAs the Senior Program Manager for the Technology Partner Program, you will lead the implementation and ongoing enhancement of the program. With the design phase complete, your primary focus will be driving successful execution, managing risks, and leading change initiatives to ensure smooth program adoption.1. Program Development

• Design and implement program enhancements that meet market demands and organizational goals
• Optimize program processes and governance such as account management systems & program tiering
• Continuously enhance program benefits and requirements to ensure we can attract, retain, and develop our partners

2. Program Implementation

• Collaborate with the cross-functional project team to implement the new Technology Partner Program within Milestone’s tools and organization
• Ensure alignment with Milestone’s growth and technology partnership strategy
• Ensure smooth transition of existing Technology Partners to new program

3. Program Management

• Lead the management and monitoring of the Technology Partner Program
• Ensure delivery of key program results
• Ensure compliance to program guidelines and Milestone standards

4. Program Measurability

• Work closely with business intelligence teams to measure and report program performance
• Utilize expanded data-driven insights to identify best practices and drive continuous improvements

5. Change Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (Channel and Technology Partners)
• Bridge communication gaps between technical and non-technical team members
• Collaborate with Technology, Sales Operations, Partner Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure efficient program delivery

6. Risk Management

• Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to program implementation and throughout the program lifecycle
• Develop contingency plans to address identified risks and ensure visibility to program leadership

What you bring to the teamYou are a dedicated and team-oriented professional who inspires people, delegates ownership, and has a ‘get things done’ approach with a passion for driving collaboration, optimizing processes, and ensuring successful project outcomes.These are some of the competences we look for:

• 5+ years of experience in program management with a proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels and cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Excellent portfolio and project management skills (familiarity with Agile Project Management and working in Empowered Trio teams is a benefit)
• Experience with managing programs in an international setting is a benefit
• Advanced experience with CRM & PRM systems (Salesforce and Impartner, respectively)
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Leadership skills and the ability to influence without direct authority
• Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to challenges
• Experience with a 2-tier channel sales model and open platform technology solutions is a benefit
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
