Job DescriptionA leading broadcast software and solutions company is looking to recruit a permanent Senior Project Manager to join their team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of customer-facing software and systems integration projects in the broadcasting sector. From initiation through to deployment, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and to an exceptional standard.You’ll manage a portfolio of projects, lead and motivate a small project management team, and act as the key point of contact for customer delivery. You’ll also take the lead in any contractual or delivery-related dispute resolution, ensuring positive outcomes for all parties involved.Key Responsibilities:Lead, plan, and deliver multiple customer projects from initiation to completionDrive project schedules, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communicationsBuild and mentor high-performing project teamsEnsure customer satisfaction through regular reporting and proactive risk managementSupport the establishment of best practices, templates, and tools to enhance project deliveryParticipate in contract discussions and manage change requests and potential disputesOversee quality assurance and ensure projects meet required standardsProvide strategic input into resourcing and process improvementSkills and Experience:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experiencePrince2 certificationExperience of delivering broadcast systems based projects such as playout, MAM , video encoding or transmissionSkilled in MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePointStrong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to manage budgets and drive successful outcomes under pressureExperience handling contract disputes and vendor managementEffective communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence at all levelsWhat You’ll Bring:A results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilitiesPassion for technology and innovation in the broadcast industryA collaborative spirit and ability to lead by exampleCommitment to continuous learning and professional developmentThe role is fully remote with some travel to customer sites.If you are fully eligible to live and work in the UK and this feels the right role for you, then please apply now.
