You’ll be at the forefront of strategy, working on complex and high-value initiatives while fostering internal efficiency and innovation.YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:● Managing and overseeing the execution of Strategic Initiatives and other complex, high-value projects for the Group.● Leading cross-functional teams to strategically plan, execute, and deliver impactful projects aligned with business objectives.● Determining and documenting the project’s objectives, scope, deliverables, tasks, and deadlines.● Developing comprehensive project plans, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.● Collaborating with Product Delivery Managers to implement necessary compliance adjustments and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.● Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.● Auditing and driving internal efficiency projects, including compliance operations and automation initiatives.● Facilitating collaboration among team members, resolving conflicts, and maintaining regular communication with stakeholders.● Tracking project progress against milestones and preparing regular status reports for stakeholders, Steering Group members, and C-level executives.● Coordinating with external partners to ensure seamless execution.● Conducting project retrospectives, finalizing documentation, and ensuring all deliverables are completed as part of the project closure phase.OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:ESSENTIAL SKILLS● A university degree and excellent project management skills with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience, ideally in management consulting or a project management role within a digital B2C company.● Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.● Strong presentation skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.● Experience delivering strategic, high-value projects with complex interdependencies.NICE TO HAVES● Experience with highly regulated industries and compliance processes.● Previous exposure to change management and efficiency projects.● Understanding of AI and automation within a business context.● A solid grasp of product management and basic technical knowledge.WHO WE AREAt the core of LeoVegas Group is Team Leo.
