Our expertise includes full service capabilities, resourcing and Functional Service (FSP) solutions.We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience in CNS and/or rare disease studies to join our FSP team, dedicated to a global sponsor driving innovation in these therapeutic areas.As part of our SRS/FSP team, you will be dedicated to one sponsor, a global pharmaceutical/biotech company that is an industry leader.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution of projects ensuring delivery on-time, within scope and budget, and in compliance with quality standards
• Act as senior point of contact for client communication and issue resolution
• Lead the development of project timelines, budgets, and training of team members
• Track project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Participate in business development activities such as bid defenses and proposal reviews

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical project management
• Proven experience leading CNS and/or rare disease clinical trials
• In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical regulations, and operational metrics
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
