About this roleTFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Our expertise includes full service capabilities, resourcing and Functional Service (FSP) solutions.We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience in CNS and/or rare disease studies to join our FSP team, dedicated to a global sponsor driving innovation in these therapeutic areas.As part of our SRS/FSP team, you will be dedicated to one sponsor, a global pharmaceutical/biotech company that is an industry leader.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution of projects ensuring delivery on-time, within scope and budget, and in compliance with quality standards
• Act as senior point of contact for client communication and issue resolution
• Lead the development of project timelines, budgets, and training of team members
• Track project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Participate in business development activities such as bid defenses and proposal reviews

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical project management
• Proven experience leading CNS and/or rare disease clinical trials
• In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical regulations, and operational metrics
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
