The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Execution:Develop and manage the project plan, ensuring alignment with business needs and problem statements.Obtain sponsor and SteerCo sign-off on the final Project Charter, narrative, and outcomes.Stakeholder Management:Act as the primary point of contact for the initiative.Prepare and submit SteerCo decks and lead SteerCo meetings when relevant.Scope and Deliverables:Define and manage the project scope, deliverables, and organizational design blueprint.Obtain sign-off on baseline and impacted FTE numbers.Timeline Management:Establish and maintain the project timeline, ensuring all milestones are met.Risk Management:Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.Resource Management:Ensure the project is resourced with the relevant functional leads.Be accountable for the successful delivery of the project within the agreed scope and timeline.Alignment with Initiative Goals:Maintain high standards of quality in all project deliverables.Provide regular updates to the Project Sponsor and SteerCo, ensuring transparency and alignment.Address interdependencies between projects in coordination with other project leads.Keep the team updated on project progress.What are we looking forProject Management Skills: Strong expertise in planning, execution, and risk management.Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Strategic Thinking: Ability to align project objectives with organizational goals.Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and decision-making skills.Adaptability: Ability to adjust to evolving project requirements and environments.PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are preferred.Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.If you are a results-driven professional with a passion for managing strategic initiatives, we encourage you to apply and be part of a dynamic and impactful team!Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
