Senior Project Manager (Systems and Transformation)
Location: Bolton
Salary: Grade 6 – £44,581 – £48,876 + benefitsAre you ready to lead transformational change in an exciting and dynamic environment? Our client is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Senior Project Manager (Systems and Transformation) to join their Project Management Office. This pivotal role will spearhead a variety of workstreams, delivering positive improvements across the organisation.

o Drive the delivery of business transformation programmes.
o Manage the implementation of new repairs and asset management systems.
o Enhance service efficiency, drive value for money, and elevate customer satisfaction.Key Outcomes
Lead Transformation: Manage large-scale business transformation workstreams, ensuring smooth change management and communication.
Governance Excellence: Establish robust project governance and keep financial records accurate and updated.
Team Motivation: Inspire and manage technical and project teams to meet deadlines and achieve project goals.
Innovative Thinking: Develop and implement forward-thinking strategies in change programme management.

What Are We Looking For?
Essential Skills:

• Strong project management expertise (PRINCE2, Agile, or MSP).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to manage diverse project teams effectively.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure.

Desirable Attributes:

• Experience in managing complex systems in a housing environment.
• Understanding of the housing sector and relevant regulations.
