We are excited to offer a permanent role within our dedicated Property Valuation team in Finland.Preparing valuations of real estate collaterals for new loansProperty Valuation team is a crucial part of a well-established Centre of Excellence that spans Finland, Norway, and Sweden. We are responsible for assessing the market value of residential and commercial properties, as well as financial collaterals and floating charges in Danske Bank. Our team is analytical, collaborative, and committed to promptly delivering high-quality valuations to enhance customer experience. Team members vary in age but are unified by their motivation, focus on delivery, and support for one another.We are looking for a Senior Analyst, who will be tasked with preparing new valuations and revaluations of real estate collaterals for new loans and monitoring purposes. You will analyze properties, advise business units, and participate in developing tools and methods for collateral valuation in Finland. You will also engage in our internal quality control processes and share best practices to optimize our workflows.Your office is in Pasila, Helsinki, where you will meet your team members a few days a week. We do remote work flexibly 1-2 days a week.Understanding and interest in property valuationTo step in this role, we expect you to have a relevant university degree and/or previous job experience in property valuation. Thanks to your background, you understand credit and collateral processes as well as property valuation, and you are motivated in learning more. Also, proficiency in Finnish and English is required in our Nordic work community. As a colleague you can both work independently and as part of team.
