IntroductionLocation: Bergen
Duration: 01/02/2025 – 31/12/2026Function

  • Create procurement strategies
  • Issue inquiry documents for larger equipment and services in close cooperation with engineering
  • Commercial evaluation of quotations
  • Issue orders and contracts of complex procurement packages
  • Follow-up suppliers to secure delivery within the right timeframe, cost, and quality
  • Professional variation handling
  • Handling of risks, deviations and invoices
  • Secure that all work is executed in accordance with Company’s guidelines, work instructions and Procedures
  • Be the single point of contact for commercial discussions with suppliers

RequirementsRequired Education:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree

Relevant subjects:

  • Supply Chain, Logistics, Economy, Engineering and similar

Required Work Experience:

  • Solid knowledge within procurement is a requirement
  • Right attitude and high commitment may compensate for lack of formal education / relevant work experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Commercial mindset & Contract understanding
  • Good oral and written communication skills, both in Norwegian and English.
  • Flexible and positive with good collaboration skills.
  • Structured and systematic approach
  • Microsoft Office and SAP ERP experience is a plus
