Welcome to Doms – an important piece in the green transitionWe are the leading supplier of forecourt controllers, used at petrol stations to integrate a wide range of technical equipment, such as fuel dispensers, payment solutions, and cash registers in the store, with installations in over 120 countries worldwide. In collaboration with our parent company, we actively work towards the green transition in alternative fuel types, including electric technology and hydrogen.We are a development department of about 20 employees divided into several teams: business logic software, platform software, a support team focused on QA, and a smaller project team.A team you can grow inYou will be part of our support and QA team. We work in an agile environment where you:

• Are involved from design to implementation of new solutions in collaboration with our developers.
• Ensure that the solutions are thoroughly tested.
• Ensure that the solutions can be supported when they are deployed in the field.
• Ensure that there is sufficient documentation for both customers and ourselves.
• Ensure that we can always maintain and preferably improve the quality of our product.
• Keep our test lab updated.
• Maintain and expand our fixed test setups.
• Participate in our Level 3 support work.
• Provide specialized support at an expert level to our many global Level 2 support units.
• Conduct technical training for Level 2 and Level 1 support teams around the world.
• May travel one or two weeks a year to teach or provide support for pilot installations.

You can understand advanced system architectures. You are extremely interested in new technology, and you are probably a bit of a “gadget freak”.
