Senior Quantity Surveyor – Cost Manager – Consultancy – DublinOffice/Project Location: Dublin City, DublinEmployment Type: PermanentWork Location: Office BasedPay: €90K-€110KExperience: 10+yearsVisa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa requiredReporting to the Construction Management Director, the successful candidate will interact with clients working both independently and as a team lead as the requirements of the project dictates.The role requires excellent cost control, procurement, contract administration, and client relationship skills.The successful candidate will take ownership of a wide variety of project types, (private and public sector) whilst managing a project team.Full Cost Management Services for all project stagesManagement / Leadership of in-house TeamContract Administration & ProcurementManaging Client RelationshipsDevelopment and implementation of strategic and effective cost management solutionsLiaise and mentor team members and ensure clarity of roles and clear lines of communication between all stakeholders.Interact professionally with client staff, proactively identify, and raise issues, ensure updates are provided in line with project requirements.As appropriate, liaise with relevant 3rd parties, ensuring all interactions are in line with project requirements.Support the tracking of financial progress and provide information where needed.Contribute to Business Development.
