• Source and place high-caliber candidates in manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain positions across the UK
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Identify new business opportunities and expand our client base
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews
• Provide consultative expertise to both clients and candidates
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to placement
