The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Vienna is seeking a Senior Researcher to join the Multilateral Section.1. Opening Date: 6 February 20252. Closing Date: 30 March 20253. Work Hours: Full-time (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), Monday to Friday4. Expected Start date: May 2025Ihre Aufgaben
- Conduct research on international organizations and global issues
- Draft, edit, proofread, and translate official documents
- Provide support, including note-taking during meetings of international organizations, press conferences and other public events
- Substitute other staff when requested
- Perform other duties as assigned by the employer
Ihr Profil
- Master’s degree with minimum of five years of relevant experience in a similar or related position, or
- PhD holder in relevant field
- Candidates must meet at least one of the above qualifications. * Austrian nationals, foreign nationals who are permanent or long-term residents, or those considered residents of Austria under equivalent status
Skills
- Excellent command of English (native proficiency), including the ability to write and draft reports
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask
Wir bieten
- The target basic salary for this position is approximately 3,400 euros per month (depending on qualifications and experience)
