Conduct research on international organizations and global issues
Draft, edit, proofread, and translate official documents
Provide support, including note-taking during meetings of international organizations, press conferences and other public events
Substitute other staff when requested
Perform other duties as assigned by the employer
Ihr Profil
Master’s degree with minimum of five years of relevant experience in a similar or related position, or
PhD holder in relevant field
Candidates must meet at least one of the above qualifications. * Austrian nationals, foreign nationals who are permanent or long-term residents, or those considered residents of Austria under equivalent status
Skills
Excellent command of English (native proficiency), including the ability to write and draft reports
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask

The target basic salary for this position is approximately 3,400 euros per month (depending on qualifications and experience)
