  • Design and implement effective reward strategies.
  • Manage and develop employee benefits programs.
  • Conduct job evaluations and role analysis.
  • Analyse compensation policies and government regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Develop a consistent reward and recognition program across the organisation.
  • Advise management on incentive and bonus schemes.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures.
  • Prepare and present summary reports of job analysis and compensation analysis information.
