- Design and implement effective reward strategies.
- Manage and develop employee benefits programs.
- Conduct job evaluations and role analysis.
- Analyse compensation policies and government regulations to ensure compliance.
- Develop a consistent reward and recognition program across the organisation.
- Advise management on incentive and bonus schemes.
- Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures.
- Prepare and present summary reports of job analysis and compensation analysis information.
