- Recruit and hire new team members as necessary.
- Coach, support, and empower a diverse team to succeed.
- Design and implement systems and processes to track quality, effectiveness, and productivity.
- Create and streamline systems and processes to improve efficiency and performance.
- Provide reports on forecasts, performance against targets, trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and processes that drive business growth, enhance conversion rates, and accelerate workflows.
- Prepare and present regular business reviews for stakeholders and contribute to quarterly reviews.
- Set team performance targets in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Monitor and manage team performance in relation to set goals.
- Develop and execute strategies to boost employee engagement, performance, and retention.
- Optimize staffing through effective hiring, retention strategies, performance management, and addressing disciplinary matters.
- Continuously identify opportunities for improvement by enhancing team effectiveness, systems, structures, and processes.
- Collaborate regularly with internal teams across various departments to drive overall success.
- Identify strategic initiatives to adapt programs to market trends and client needs, with a focus on scaling the team.
- Gather market insights through data analysis to inform strategies and improve overall performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in German (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency (B2).
- 5+ years of experience in a revenue-driven role, with at least 2+ years in a leadership position, demonstrating a proven ability to deliver results.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in managing client relationships and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Strong sales skills, solution-oriented with a focus on customer needs and experience.
- Highly collaborative and results-driven, with a proven track record in achieving sales goals and excelling in team settings.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, decisive, and professional, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, GSuite) and sales tools like CRMs.
- Strong ability to analyze sales and pipeline data to optimize performance.
- Skilled in conflict resolution.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with support teams and other departments to achieve positive outcomes.
- Confident and able to quickly build trust with and guide team members.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and collaborative, with the ability to meet deadlines.
