We call it chemistry with a purpose, better every day.In this role, you will have the flexibility to organize your work between office and remote, in a hybrid work culture.We are now looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive the value service sales in the Fiber Essentials (FE) business unit. We are looking for a candidate with experience in selling services and ability to create value for the customer and Kemira through new solutions. Understanding customer processes and applications and the commodity chemical market and fundaments is highly valued. The position is permanent.FE offers unique expertise in applying chemicals and supporting customers to innovate and continuously improve their operational efficiency and end-product quality in a sustainable way. You are preferably based in EMEA. You will be reporting to Commercial Director, Sales and Value Services.In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying new growth opportunities for service sales to FE customers
  • Develop new services together with the Kemira digital solutions & services team and other stakeholders
  • Leading the FE value service sales and performance globally
  • Create and maintain high customer relationship and satisfaction (NPS)
  • Working with the cross-functional team of people driving for increased profitability, efficiency and sales
  • Work through CRM when it comes to customer related action or event

What you’ll bring to the Team:

  • 5+ years experience in B2B sales with proven track record in service sales
  • Seasoned professional knowledge in applications and leading applications activities
  • Ability to create value for the customer and Kemira through Kemira service offering
  • Ability to impact, influence and convince others
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Strong and efficient technical writing skills
  • High level of ethics and compliance
  • Ability to work and operate independently and in the matrix organization
  • Open minded, flexible with will do attitude in any situation
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to travel
  • Master’s degree or similar in a relevant field is desired
