Role: Senior Scientist – BioanalyticsLocation: Belgium (Must be based in Belgium)Type: PermanentSalary: Competitive in line with skills and experienceFor one of Planet Pharma’s rapidly expanding Biopharmaceutical clients we urgently seek a talented Bioanalytical Scientist to join the team on a permanent basis. In this role you will support the implementation and execution of the bioanalytical strategies for clinical development programs.Role:

• Act as an expert in immunogenicity assays, ensuring validation strategies align with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.
• Work closely with Medical Writers to draft bioanalytical modules and immunogenicity sections in regulatory documents
• Review and provide input in clinical trial documents (protocol, reports, data transfer agreement, lab manual)
• Supports the development of bioanalytical strategies in collaboration with bioanalytical, project team and clinical teams.
• Initiates and follows up on troubleshooting of bioanalytical methods

Requirements:

• PhD or equivalent experience
• Proven expertise in immunogenicity assay development/validation
• Thorough understanding of the development and validation of bioanalytical assays for PK/PD of large molecules, including relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Extensive (hands-on) experience with ligand binding assay methods and platforms.
• Experience in large molecules
• Solid knowledge in the development and validation of bioanalytical assays including the respective regulatory guidelines (GLP and GCP)
• Extensive know-how of bioanalytical techniques specifically in the field of biologics and antibodies
