• Guide teams in applying Scrum/Agile principles and practices to deliver high-quality products
• Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and transparent
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates on progress
• Possess a solid understanding of software development practices, system architecture, and technical dependencies
• Facilitate discussions between technical teams to resolve blockers and ensure alignment
• Support Agile transformation efforts across the organization
• Work with other Scrum Masters and teams to ensure alignment and consistency in Agile practices
• Proactively Identify, manage, and mitigate risks or issues impacting team performance or delivery timelines
• Drive retrospectives and ensure actionable outcomes are implemented
• Encourage experimentation and learning to enhance team efficiency and innovation

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM)
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II)
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools
• In-depth understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience in understanding APIs, or microservices is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English, German is a plus
