As a trusted advisor, you collaborate closely with various business units and project teams, guiding them in understanding and navigating complex security risks. You hold a critical role in the decision-making processes, advising on risk management strategies and the deployment of effective mitigation measures.
Moreover, you represent the vision and directives of the Head of Group Security in crucial strategic projects. Your role is essential in ensuring that security is not just a compliance requirement but a strategic enabler that supports Swisscom’s overall mission and objectives.

• You develop and implement security policies and procedures aligned with business objectives and compliance requirements
• You identify potential security threats and devise effective mitigation strategies to safeguard assets and data
• You act as a security advocate, guiding departments in adopting security controls and fostering a culture of security awareness
• You monitor and report on the effectiveness of security measures, updating protocols to address emerging threats

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (uni/UAS) in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
• Demonstrable expertise in identifying and mitigating threats and risks at both strategic and technical levels
• Solid background in multiple security domains such as Cloud Security, Application Security, Network Security, Identity and Access Management, and others
• Relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent
