Join us in an exciting opportunity within the R&D department of the high-precision positioning product portfolio at u-blox. As an Embedded Software Engineer in our GNSS Signal Processing team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the next generation of u-blox positioning solutions. Leveraging your expertise in embedded C, you’ll design and implement advanced GNSS receiver features that impact millions of users worldwide.
You’ll be part of a focused team, collaborating closely with a group of exceptionally skilled engineers. Your technical acumen, problem-solving mindset, and strong team spirit will help drive innovation within our agile development environment.

- End-to-end development activities from the idea creation to feature release.
- Proof of concept with e.g., MATLAB and Python simulation.
- Entire test-driven feature development cycle.
- Nonconformities analysis, bug fix and workaround creation.
- Documentation and report to stakeholders.
- Supporting product owners in backlog planning and refinement.
- Supporting stakeholders in requirement and IP management.
Your Skills and Experience
- MSc or PhD in E.E., computer science or related areas.
- Proficiency in embedded C/C++, MATLAB, Python etc.
- Familiar with embedded software development methodologies.
- Strong can-do attitude, hands-on ability, and team spirit.
- Fact-based analytical thinking, quality focus and detail focus.
- A good communicator, fluent in English speaking and writing.
Bonus Points
- GNSS signal processing knowledge is a plus.
- Semiconductor industry experience is a plus.
