The Project: Residential development which includes multiple multi storey blocks for apartments and commercial spaces, as well as gyms and lounges.Overview:Are you a Senior Site Engineer in the West Dublin area? Would like to work on a large scale residential/commercial project?This Tier 1 Main Contractor are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to join their team on this prestigious project. The project itself includes multiple multi storey blocks for apartments and commercial spaces, as well as gyms and lounges. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced engineer looking to contribute to a significant development and progress up to senior management level.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the engineering team on-site, ensuring all construction activities are executed in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with project management to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and site personnel, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

• A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role with an Irish Main Contractor/Developer
• Proven track record of managing engineering projects, with strong technical knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
