This is an exciting time to join us in a new Senior Social Worker role based in Princess Royal Hospital, that incorporates Older People’s and Working Age Mental Health Social Work Teams and a Countywide AMHP Service.We are keen to recruit passionate and committed individuals, who hold the same values that we do. • You’ll be an AMHP, registered qualified professional (Social Work, Nurse, OT, Psychologist), and have extensive experience in delivering high-quality social work interventions.
• You’ll thrive in high-pressure environments, with the ability to make sound decisions, manage risk, and prioritize competing demands.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills are essential, as you will guide and support fellow practitioners.
• A full driving licence is essential as this is a countywide role, covering both rural and urban areas.
