Utilizing Test-driven development & DDD principles.Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, contribute to architectural decisions, and drive best practices in software engineering.Security & Compliance: Engineer robust solutions that meet the highest security and data privacy standards, aligning with LEGO Group principles.Automation & Optimization: Implement Infrastructure as Code and automation frameworks to enhance efficiency and reliability.Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with end-users, external vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.Agile Development: Play an active role in sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives, continuously improving workflows and delivery processes.Innovation & Growth: Stay ahead of emerging trends in SAP and enterprise software, identifying opportunities to drive technical excellence.Play your part in our team succeedingThe Supply & Demand Technology team builds and innovates global Digital solutions for the
entire supply chain in the LEGO Group, which are vital to delivering great play experiences.
We handle massive and fast-changing amounts of data, and our products are the foundation for
planning the supply, production, and distribution of LEGO® products globally. Our solutions
essentially impact all our factories as well as our entire supply chain.Do You Have What It Takes?Solid experience in software development with expertise in one or more SAP technologies:SAP Fiori, SAP CAP, SAP UI5, SAP HANA, SAP ABAP, SAP BTPStrong problem-solving skills and experience in designing scalable enterprise solutions.Proven track record of collaborating with stakeholders, business users, and external partners.Experience leading technical discussions and contributing to architectural decisions.Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment with CI/CD methodologies.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in supply chain operations or logistics-related systems.Strong communication skills with a proactive and strategic mindset.Familiarity with DevOps practices, cloud technologies, and automation tools.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
