The Enterprise Transformation department, with its team of dedicated solution architects, is leading product and solution transformation initiatives across the entire organization. We are at the forefront of designing digital products and solutions that drive enterprise-wide digital transformation, addressing the complex requirements of our customers and the business.Your main responsibilities as a Solution Architect for a portfolio of products will include:Evaluating and interpreting complex business problems and requirements in a fast-moving business environment to develop innovative solution designsSpecifying technologies, application, and infrastructure architecture with a focus on reusability, standardization, cost efficiency, and compliance with enterprise policiesProducing and maintaining comprehensive solution documentation in alignment with our strategy and documentation standardsManaging changes to solutions, updating designs and documentation to reflect evolving requirementsProviding expert guidance and resolving technical issues faced by engineering teamsCreating and promoting standardization and reusable design practices through reference architectureCollaborating with Enterprise Architecture, business stakeholders, and product & platform owners to ensure alignment on scope and solution designThese responsibilities require you to excel both as a technical problem-solver and a strategic architectExperience and QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related fieldExperience: Minimum of 5+ years in application/solution architecture, with expertise in:Event-driven architectureArchiMate, C4, UMLDomain-driven designBig data and real-time processingEnterprise systems (CRM, ERP, TMS)Creating comprehensive solution documentation and utilizing design patterns effectivelyPreferred Experience: Experience in the logistics industry is highly desirableKey Skills and Competencies:Effective Communication: Proficient in clear and concise verbal and written communication in EnglishAnalytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Skilled in evaluating complex problems and developing innovative solutionsChange Management: Experienced in managing solution changes and updating documentationBest Practices and Compliance:Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and enterprise architecture methodologiesKnowledgeable in industry standards and regulations (ISO, GDPR)Experienced in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Stakeholder and Team Management: Skilled in managing stakeholder expectations, delivering results in fast-paced environments, and guiding technical teamsWhat we offer:Permanent contract (with basic salary in 14 installments per year)Private medical careEnglish courses – financial or co-financed by companyFood allowance (EUR 9.60, per working day)Work schedule 35h/weekHybrid and flexible work (3 days in a week at the office)Comprehensive onboarding programBuddyGood access to public transportsDSV – Transporte Global e LogísticaA DSV é um local de trabalho dinâmico que promove a inclusão e a diversidade.
