Do you have experience building web applications and are you passionate about digital marketing systems? We are looking for a collaborative and tech-savvy professional to join our team to help us support top-tier solutions within marketing technology including Arla’s global websites.“As a key member of our marketing technology support function, you’ll bring deep knowledge of websites and digital platforms, and use that expertise to drive process excellence, ensure robust documentation, and support cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business and IT, serving as a bridge between the two and ensuring stability of applications” says Manager for Marketing Technology Support, Tatiana Karpenko.How you will make an impactYou will be a key player in the team supporting and maintaining the existing system landscape together with peers in the team and across Arla. You will be working with solutions centered around Marketing Technology. You will take part in creating and updating solution documentation and standard operation procedures in cooperation with relevant stakeholder as will as support troubleshooting and resolving software defects and issues. Further, your responsibility will include:

• Support the Service Delivery Manager with technical knowledge
• Work with Azure storage
• Participate in projects when needed
• Provide ad-hoc support for the business technical requests
• Ensure timely SSL certificates update

Your structured approach and problem-solving attitude help you navigate complexity and deliver consistent value. To succeed in this role, we imagine you likewise have:

• Infrastructure knowledge, predominantly Azure
• Data base knowledge (MondgoDB or any other)
• Web application knowledge from a developer side
• Experience with GitHub and GitHub Flow (or similar version control workflows)
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET frameworks.
• A solid understanding of data modelling and data handling and modern integrations between systems
• English language skills on a business level
