How do you know this could be the role for you?We are looking for you who has minimum 8 years relevant experience either from other consultancy companies, large-scale business development, strategy development and implementation in technology driven organizations, or hands on experience with optimizing IT functions. You have a deep business understanding of one or more industries and a proven ability to challenge and transform traditional ways of working by leveraging new technologies, innovative business models and agile ways of working. You excel in leading the development and implementation of strategies that bring transformative ideas and innovations to life.As a person, you are analytical with a structural mindset that drives impressive results and thrive in environments where you define, organize, and solve clients’ complex challenges. In addition to delivering outcomes, you lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering growth and empowering others to succeed. Fluency in Norwegian and English is mandatory, and experience with frameworks such DevOps, SAFe, Lean portfolio management, TOGAF, ITIL is highly desirable. Experience with automation technologies, Generative AI, and Cloud are a plus but not required.The position will report to Managing Director Technology Strategy & Advisory, and workplace is Oslo, Norway.
