Merkle is a part of dentsu, a global network of over 66,000 passionate individuals in 146 countries.As a Senior Strategy Consultant, you are responsible for the development of digital business strategies, considering the end customer, organizational, and technology perspectives. You take on a role as a strategic lead for selected clients and develop concrete recommendations for how to better serve their customers.You will work on a broad spectrum of strategy projects – covering areas such as CRM, e-commerce, marketing automation, operating models, business transformation, and change management. At the core of everything we do lies a commitment to a customer-centric mindset.You are an expert in consulting our clients along all phases of the projects: from defining the project scope, conducting research, developing strategies, and creating roadmaps.Support and help drive interdisciplinary teams in large and international pitches and consulting projects with joy and confidence to the customer’s benefit.Our clients perceive you as a thought leader in digital transformation – you fill this role with joy and great professional confidence.Together with a team of highly qualified and experienced strategy consultants, you continuously develop our business consulting services.Qualifications:A degree in economics, business management, or international marketing. A higher degree is an advantage.3-5 years of professional experience as a consultant in a strategic function in a professional services company, industry, a start-up, or a renowned management consultancy.Excellent knowledge of strategy development, underpinned by practical application of consulting methods and models.Strong strategic and analytical skills combined with a gift for communicating complex solutions effectively and experience in leading and delivering national and/or international digitalization or transformation projects.A customer-centric mindset and an understanding of customer journeys.Strong communication and argumentation skills, as well as a convincing and confident appearance at C-level with the customer. You enjoy presenting the ideas developed in the team in front of customers.Enthusiasm for several of the following topics: Innovation management, digital business models, transformation management, organizational development, process optimization, multi-channel models, data and CRM, e-commerce.Team spirit and a high willingness to always learn new things and mentor junior colleagues to help bring them to the next level.Very good written and spoken Swedish and English skills (business fluent).Goals:Participate in and successfully deliver several strategy engagements for our clients.Strengthen client relationships and enhance satisfaction through well-thought-out and professional recommendations.Build and maintain relationships with relevant internal stakeholders, especially within Commercial, Growth, and CX.Be a highly regarded colleague within Consulting and across Merkle Practices.About Dentsu Sweden:Dentsu Sweden is part of a global communications network with 72,000 employees in more than 145 countries.
