Rose Bruford College is seeking a creative Senior Student Recruitment and Marketing Officer to lead on delivering innovative and effective marketing and recruitment activities across all our programmes.The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a driven and student-focused professional to make a meaningful impact on how we attract and engage future students. Reporting to the Student Recruitment and Marketing Manager, you will take the lead on delivering high-impact recruitment campaigns and activities that speak directly to prospective students. From managing digital content and on-campus events to building connections with schools and colleges, your work will shape the entire applicant journey-from first interest to enrolment. You will play a vital role in growing our student community and highlighting the unique experience Rose Bruford College has to offer.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver targeted marketing plans and campaigns in collaboration with the Student Recruitment and Marketing Manager.
• Lead on the planning and execution of student recruitment events including open days, taster sessions, and offer holder events (in-person and online).
• Manage digital marketing activity including social media, paid advertising, and CRM communications (HubSpot).
• Create compelling marketing materials and student-facing content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Build relationships with schools and colleges, developing outreach activities and increasing lead generation.
• Conduct market research and analyse recruitment data to inform strategy and evaluate impact.
• Manage the student ambassador scheme, including recruitment, training, and oversight of activities.

About You:We’re looking for someone who is:

• Proactive and strategic, with strong project management skills.
• An excellent communicator with experience in copywriting and content creation.
• Skilled in digital marketing and familiar with CRM and analytics tools.
• Passionate about student recruitment and creating engaging experiences for prospective students.
• Confident working independently and collaboratively in a busy, creative environment.
