We do this by developing a market leading communication solution based on high-end technology.If you want to know more about Telia ACE, you can check out our pages.As a Senior Support Engineer you will…As part of our support team, you will help our customers to solve their support tickets.The role includes, but is not limited to:Troubleshooting and resolving complex incidents from start to end, regarding Telia ACE software, related platform network systems as well as customer target environmentProblem investigationCustomer communication and guidance.Participate in 24/7 on-call duty every 4-5 weeksWho we’re looking forWe think that you have a passion for technology and helping others.
