DSV is looking for a Senior Team Lead who will drive team success and delivering exceptional support for our key applications.Join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering IT services for a diverse range of applications across Group Sustainability & Compliance, Group Services, and Group Finance. You will collaborate with Service Owners, Application Owners, Project Managers, and Business Analysts to drive the full application lifecycle – from vendor selection and implementation to seamless ongoing support.As a Senior Team Lead for Group Applications in Global IT at DSV, you will:
- Drive Team Success – Lead your team while ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and ensuring regular support for core business applications, including QHSE-related and project management systems.
- Take Ownership of the eQMS applicaiton: Serve as the primary IT contact for the eQMS application, ensuring its smooth operation, alignment with business needs, and ongoing improvement. You will be responsible for delivering continuous support and resolving any incidents that arise.
- IT Governance & Roadmap – Develop and maintain an IT governance and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Implementation & Process Management – Support the rollout and implementation, including process establishment and continuous refinement.
- System Oversight & Compliance – Ensure proper system configuration, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the system complies with relevant regulations.
To success in this position, you have:
- Leadership & Technical Know-How: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. If you have experience with QHSE or Project Management applications, that’s a plus!
- Stakeholder & Communication Skills – The ability to communicate clearly with colleagues at all levels, and you have strong English skills, both spoken and written.
- Organized & Flexible – Comfortable handling details of all levels and approaching tasks in a structured and adaptable way.
- Self-Starter & Team Player: You are proactive, independent, and enjoy collaborating in a diverse team.
- Pragmatic & Positive: You can understand different perspectives and stay positive and resilient.
