Our end-to-end technology solutions cover a wide range of needs for Banking, Financial Services, Utilities, Insurance, Retail organisations, and beyond.We are looking for a results-driven Senior Test Manager with extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance strategies to join our team in Luxemburg.As a Senior Test Manager you will:
- Define and implement the overall testing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and development processes;
- Manage and mentor a team of manual, automation, and performance testers to enhance their technical skills and efficiency;
- Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting to ensure timely and high-quality software releases;
- Plan testing activities and create roadmaps for software delivery;
- Promote best practices in software testing, ensuring test coverage, defect management, and risk mitigation;
- Collaborate with development teams, project managers, analysts, and product teams to identify risks, define quality metrics, and improve software reliability;
- Ensure effective defect management and root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues;
- Optimize test processes by leveraging automation and performance testing strategies implemented by the team;
- Manage test environments, data, and configurations to ensure seamless execution of test cases;
- Provide regular status reports and metrics to stakeholders on test coverage, defect trends, and overall product quality
- Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- Proficient in JIRA, ServiceNow for tracking and reporting defects, Wiki (Confluence) based application for tests reports;
- Proven strong knowledge in Test Driven Development (TDD) and Acceptance Testing with strong experience in Agile software development. Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies used by large-scale international organizations;
- Proven experience in managing integration of testing processes into CI/CD pipelines;
- Proven expertise in manual and automated testing approaches;
- Strong understanding of risk-based testing and defect lifecycle management;
- Ability to drive continuous improvement in testing strategies and methodologies;
- Ability to create diagrams and presentation for overview of business workflows;
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, macros, and advanced formulas) and other reporting tools for generating comprehensive test reports and quality metrics;
- Proven experience in translation processes (TM management);
- Experience in XML document processing, Experience in XML workflows in multilingual legislative environments;
- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities to develop a high-performing testing team;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process optimization;
- Proactive approach in driving quality initiatives and continuous improvement.
- Very good knowledge of English (at least Level B2);
- Very good knowledge of French (at least Level B2).
- Certifications & Training:
- ITIL v4
- Prince 2/PMP
- Agile & Scrum Certifications (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent preferred).
