Mission:Are you ready to take charge of our transfer pricing strategies and make a real impact? We’re looking for a Senior Transfer Pricing Manager who will lead the way in developing, implementing, and managing our group’s transfer pricing policies and compliance activities.In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert, working closely with our awesome finance team (business controllers, treasury, accounting), legal specialists, and business stakeholders to ensure our transfer pricing arrangements are optimized and align with global standards. Plus, you’ll help us minimize tax risks and keep everything running smoothly.What will you do?Are you ready to make a difference and lead the charge in transfer pricing? We’re on the lookout for a Senior Transfer Pricing Manager who will work closely with our Business Controllers, country General and Finance Managers, and Puratos business stakeholders to develop and implement optimal transfer pricing policies and strategies.What You’ll Do:

• Strategic Development: Craft and execute transfer pricing policies that align with our business goals and international tax regulations.
• Collaboration: Build strong relationships across all functions and with business unit leaders. Provide advice on transfer pricing implications for new business initiatives and work together to find solutions.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure we comply with transfer pricing regulations everywhere we operate. Oversee the preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation, including master files, local files, economic analyses, and comparability studies for all types of intercompany transactions.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate transfer pricing risks. Offer guidance on transfer pricing issues related to business transactions, restructurings, and intercompany arrangements.
• Transfer Pricing Audits: Manage and defend our transfer pricing positions during audits and disputes with tax authorities. Coordinate responses to transfer pricing queries and audit requests. Support our entities in transfer pricing audits, APAs, arbitration procedures, or litigation.
• Project Management: Lead transfer pricing projects and review existing business models. Collect data, conduct analyses, prepare deliverables, ensure adequate contractual frameworks, and manage implementations.
• Operational: Develop and implement an operational transfer pricing monitoring system to ensure our policies are applied correctly within the group.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Stay on top of all international (e.g., OECD, EU) and local transfer pricing developments.
• Business Support: Manage various transfer pricing aspects of international tax projects in a region. Evaluate overall tax risks, recommend and implement necessary measures to ensure compliance, and manage outside counsel to provide effective and cost-efficient tax advice.

• Academic Degree: University or Master’s degree + post-graduate tax degree.
• Experience: At least 12 years of experience in international taxation with a focus on Transfer Pricing.
• Languages: Fluent in English (French, Dutch, and/or Spanish are a plus).
• Skills:

• High degree of autonomy.
• Strong technical, analytical, and risk assessment abilities.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Creative problem-solving skills for tax complications.
• Ability to understand and address the business implications of tax positions.
• Excellent project management skills, able to handle multiple projects under deadline pressure.
• Effective communication skills to explain tax & transfer pricing strategies to non-tax teams.
• Ability to work efficiently in a multicultural environment with cross-functional teams.
