Circa 130k base Salary + Exceptional BenefitsCertus Recruitment is representing an innovative global trading company who are seeking Senior Software Engineers proficient in UI development to join their dynamic Next-Gen UI platform team. We are looking for candidates with a deep passion and expertise in Front End technologies and React ecosystems. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in architecting, building, and maintaining highly scalable, available, and fault-tolerant trading systems across various technologies. • Design and develop new platform features with a strong focus on enhancing the user interface and overall customer experience.
• Build and maintain reusable components that ensure consistency and compatibility across various products.
• Engage in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, system design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align development with product goals and customer needs.
• Ensure that the codebase is clean, efficient, and well-documented, following best practices and organizational standards.
• Continuously seek opportunities for system improvements and contribute to team discussions on technology and process enhancements.

Key Skills:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise software development using JavaScript/TypeScript.
• 2+ years of experience with ReactJS, particularly with hooks.
• Strong expertise in designing, coding, and implementing large-scale, object-oriented applications.
• Professional experience in UI/UX design, with proficiency in tools like Figma.
• Solid experience with AG-Grid, Redux, Git, and Git Flow.
• Knowledge of CSS preprocessors, such as SASS, LESS, CSS-in-JS, or Tailwind.
• Experience in testing with Jest and React Testing Library.
• Desirable: Familiarity with DevOps tools, Websockets, ES6, Styled Components, Material UI, and OpenFin.
• Experience in the financial or trading sector is a plus.
• Comfortable working within an Agile development environment, with a focus on iterative improvement and collaboration.
