Senior Vehicle Technician required in Aldershot, Hampshire!

• Hours: Monday – Friday with Saturday mornings on a 1 in 2 rota
• Pay: £42,000 – £48,000 Basic
• All Makes and Models Servicing & Diagnostics Service Centre

• Overseeing and conducting vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and complex repairs following manufacturers’ guidelines.
• Leading and mentoring junior technicians, providing guidance on best practices and technical expertise.
• Diagnosing complex vehicle issues, ensuring repairs are carried out to the highest standard.
• Communicating with Vehicle Service Receptionists to discuss required repairs and time estimates.
• Ensuring accurate and detailed maintenance and repair records are kept.
• Testing repaired systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and safely.
• Managing workshop resources effectively to meet job deadlines and enhance productivity.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of workshop processes and customer service standards.
