You will be part of a self-organized agile team of highly skilled engineers and specialists with end-to-end responsibility for our servers, Azure landing zone and databases. We are also key players in security related, performance, monitoring, and development projects.With us you will experience great room to maneuver and have direct impact on ensuring the right solutions. Our focus is to reach high goals and create and maintain great and flexible performance through simple solutions with the end-user in mind.YOUR ROLE
You will be contributing to our many ongoing projects, where your input and technical knowledge will be invaluable. In collaboration with your colleagues, you will challenge our existing platforms and make sure that BESTSELLER’s IT infrastructure always has the best possible performance. You will work in the following areas:

• infrastructure deployment.
• lifecycle management.
• operations.
• modernization.
• automation.

We have a hybrid workplace, so your daily work will be carried out from one of our offices (Brande, Aarhus or Málaga) and online from where you are.YOUR PROFILE

You are open-minded and curious about new technologies, always staying up to date within IT infrastructure. As a team player, you share knowledge and support colleagues and enjoy collaborative problem-solving. You also work independently, focusing on long-term solutions with a “business first” mindset. You thrive in a role where you collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and nationalities across BESTSELLER TECH.
You are an experienced server generalist or specialist with several years of experience in Microsoft server technologies on virtual platforms. Your educational background is less important, but we imagine you have experience in most of the following areas:

• Creating and running a hybrid IT infrastructure.
• Microsoft Windows Server management, on premise and in cloud.
• Linux Server deployment and operations.
• Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform or other cloud platforms.
• Infrastructure as code with Terraform and/or Ansible.
• Platform and cloud security.
• Automation with PowerShell.

Any knowledge of the below would be considered an additional advantage:

• Container orchestration (Anthos, Docker and Kubernetes).
• Backup & restore.
• Patch management of server OS.
• Monitoring of systems.
• Python.
