If you’re ready to be part of this exciting journey, your adventure begins here!In the role as Service Administrator, you will be part of our Customer Support team and responsible for executing all back-office service administrative tasks. You will be a key player and contribution of improving our ways of working.This position will be a part of the business transfer from Kongsberg Maritime AS to Neuver Maritime AS which is planned during the spring of 2025.Responsibilities· Manage and process service engineer time sheets and expenses in accordance with policy and process requirements· Consolidate service job information into invoice documents and issue to the finance department· Manage service archives and archive processed orders· Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all service activities are logged, and customer information is up to date· Provide administrative tasks for the customer support team· Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying areas for process and system enhancement and updating administration operating proceduresQualifications and experience· University or business education. Relevant work experience can compensate for the lack of higher education· Use a methodical and systematic approach, plan, define clear priorities and manage your tasks effectively· Grow and demonstrate specialist knowledge and expertise in own area· Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken· Co-operate well with others, share knowledge, experience, information, and support others in the pursuit of achieving our goalsThis employment may require security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority, clearance through Civil Aviation Authority or a background check.
