Service Advisor – Automotive Industry

• Salary: Circa £30,000 + Commission
• Hours: Monday – Friday: 07:30 – 17:30
• Saturdays: Ad-hoc

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and reputable dealership in Tonbridge. Using Kerridge as the Dealer Management System, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing the service process efficiently, and maximising sales opportunities.Key responsibilities as a Service Advisor:

• Acting as the first point of contact for service customers, providing a professional and friendly experience.
• Managing customer bookings, service schedules, and workshop capacity.
• Using Kerridge to process job cards, invoices, and vehicle records.
• Upselling additional products and services where appropriate.
• Liaising with the workshop team to ensure timely vehicle repairs.
• Keeping customers informed on service progress and costs.
• Handling payments and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.

What we’re looking for in a Service Advisor:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in Kerridge (or similar DMS) is preferred.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• A proactive and sales-driven approach to work.
